==Membership Management System is ready

  • PEFAA is happy to announce that a membership management system is in operation. Existing members' information is already included in this system.
  • PEFAA Membership Management System is a part of the Faculty Staff and Alumni Management System. It supports Faculty staff/student information management as well as any student/staff group membership management.
  • Any member of the Faculty community can log in and update their personal information so that their details are up to date.
  • Though you can see a lot of information about you, most of them are for the Faculty Management or Alumni Group Management
  • We are trying our best to maintain your privacy while facilitating the Faculty and Group Management. Please let us know if you have any concerns.
  • The summary of the access policy is as follows.
    • Only your achievements are visible to the public
    • Your photo will be displayed to the public only if you opted.
    • Officers of the groups (PEFAA etc) can access the contact information and photo of their members.
    • Academic Staff members can access all information of the present students.
    • Heads of Departments and Units can access all information of the present students and present staff.
    • Faculty information administrators can access all information of the students, staff, and alumni.

To register in Staff and Alumni Management System of the Faculty

  • Please follow the following steps
    • My Record in the Faculty Staff and Alumni Management System has a link to Register online
    • If you are a member and if you have not yet registered, please register online while providing information as much as possible. You need an email to register.
    • When you register an email will be sent automatically to you to confirm the email.
    • Upon confirming the email your account will be activated.
    • We will identify your record using the information you provide and link the membership record to the newly created login account (this is a manual process and hence it might take some time).
    • We will inform you when the linking is complete. Then you can add/edit your data and also see other members’ information. You can see the contact information of the members who are happy to share it.
    • If you are not a member but if you are an alumnus or staff member you are welcome to register so that you can see the members list and also you will receive all news updates about PEFAA and the Faculty.
